Description of Copper Antibacterial Masterbatch for Melt-blown Nonwoven Fabric

This product is a nano-scale copper oxide filled masterbatch, grafted onto a polypropylene masterbatch with a melt flow index of 1500 through a multi-stage polymerization method. The modified copper melt-blown antibacterial masterbatch can be used to produce melt-blown nonwoven fabric through internal addition. Compared with organic antibacterial plastics, it offers long-lasting effects and exhibits excellent inhibitory effects against various molds and viruses. The copper, with its large specific surface area and mushroom-shaped microporous structure, possesses strong adsorption and sterilization capabilities, capable of adsorbing various harmful odors such as ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, and VOCs, while also exhibiting excellent antimicrobial properties.

  1. Good fluidity and do not affect the electret or filtration performance;
  2. The mushroom-shaped microporous structure possesses strong adsorption capacity and provides a certain deodorizing effect;
  3. Excellent antiviral properties, with an H1N1 virus inactivation rate exceeding 99%;
