This product is mainly developed as an environmentally friendly foam masterbatch for PE and
PP, suitable for Foaming of polyolefin products through injection molding, extrusion, and blow
molding, with foaming masterbatch decomposed into gas Carbon dioxide produces fine and
even bubbles. At the same time, this product can also be used as a bubble nucleating agent.

Foaming agents facilitate the formation of voids (cavities filled with gas) in areas that would normally be solid plastic. This not only reduces the weight of the finished product but also reduces the amount of plastic used. Lighter weight products lower transportation costs and reduce environmental impact.

Chemical foaming agents, in masterbatch form, can be added to a polymer blend before extrusion, rather than injecting nitrogen or fluorocarbons into the molten extrudate.
