Description of Copper Antibacterial Masterbatch for Nonwoven Fabric
This antibacterial masterbatch is made by grafting nano-sized copper powder onto a masterbatch through a multi-stage polymerization process, resulting in a copper antibacterial masterbatch. This masterbatch can be used as an additive to produce copper antibacterial non-woven fabrics. The copper, with its large specific surface area and microporous structure, possesses strong adsorption and bactericidal capabilities, exhibiting excellent inhibitory effects against various molds and viruses.
